We always maintain proper standards on our service level for all our guests arriving to Sri lanka & Maldives All guests will enjoy the legendary hospitality of Preferred International as follows :
- All guests will be met on arrival at the airport by our representatives. We page the guests by their names on "preferred" name boards. Punctuality is highly respected when meeting guests at any place any time of the day.
- Maldives: Our representatives will always accompany the guests to respective jetty where the boats from reserved resort are found or if it is a seaplane transfer, will assist in check-in at the airport & then will accompany up to the vehicle which will take the guests up to seaplane takeoff point.
- Sri lanka: Our representatives will always accompany the guests to respective Resort & assist during the check-in. We arrange round tours, city tours & site seen as well as transportation on request * All guests will receive a welcome cocktail & refreshing towels on arrival at all resorts. * During the stay we will contact the guest & verify whether they are satisfied with arrangements & will provide details with regard to departure. * Guests can 24hrs contact us if any need arise & we will be more than happy to serve them in such situation.
